DAIRY FARMS AT EPSOM
TO BE LET, for one or more years — Two < GRASS PADDOCKS, of Twenty-five Acres each, situated between the residence of Captain Powditch, and that of Mr. Patrick Donovan. The Pasturage is indisputably the best in the Colony. One Hundred and three tons of Hay has bean safely stacked off the two Farms in December last, and the present tenant has been in receipt of five pounds a week for depasturing stock for a period of nine months of the year. This valuable pioperty will be now leased to a solvent tenant on very moderate terms and possession given on the 6th of next month. Apply to the Owner, James Simms. 6th March, 1851.

THE Undersigned begs most respectfully to inform his numerous friends, and the public generally, that having become the Proprietor of the above House he has taken the utmost pains to select a stock of Wines, Spirits, Ales, &c, of such quality as he hopes will give perfect satisfaction, and insnre a second call from all those who may ones visit the Royal George Inn.
