PERSONS are invited to tender for the Situation of Ranger for the Onehunga Hundred, on or before the Ist day of %ajcch next ensuing ; tenders to be left at the residence of any one of the Wardens. Note — The duties will be of similar nature to those of last year, and the Wardens contemplate the payment by salary, together with a small fine on Stock of unlicensed persons not exceeding 2s. 6d., and on unauthorised stock of licensed persons, Is. They also contemplate opening thedepasturage to a limited extent to stock similar to that authorised, being the Stock of licensed persons in contiguous Hundreds. J. C. Hill, "J Wardens Signed, Thos. COPY OF THE RESOLUTIONS REGULATING THE DEPAbTURAGE FOR THE HUNDRED OF ONEHUNGA.
AT A MEETING held on the 19th Feb., 1851, by the Wardens of Onehunga. 1. Resolved — That the Regulations issued for the Depasturing of Stock in the Hundred of Onehunga, for the previous year, 1850, be continued until further notice, according to the provisions of the Crown Lands' Ordinance. 2. Resolved — That all Holders of Licenses for the year 1851, shall make return of Stock, distinguishing kinds, as per former regulations, on or before the last day of March, proximo. J. C.
