The Bell for Saddling will be rung each day at 12 o'clock, noon, and the first .Race come off punctually at half-past 12. No Race will come off unless there be three

entries for the same. The entries for the Handicap Races will be made on the evening after the second day's Haces. This Meeting will be held in strict compliance with the Regulations of the New Ulster
