Wheat— ls Belling at from 4s. to 4s. Cd. per bushel. Flour— At tho Mills, is quoted at £10 10s. Tor first, and LO 10s. seconds, per ton. Maize— V.irics from 3s. 2d. to 3s. 4d. pei i bushel. English Barley— Scarce and in demand. Capo rtitto— yi Scaicc. Hay— Owing to the late tempestuous weather the market has scarcely received nny supply of either hay or straw ; compressed ditto has beom more in demand at from £3tojL3 10s. per ton. Mutter— Varies from fid. to Bd. per lb. Cheese— Scarce and in demand. Bacon and Hams— Will realise from 4d. ta s<l. per lb. Eggs—Are worth about Bd. per doz. Fat Pigs— Sell icidily at improved prices. Calves — Nominal. Sheep — Are in demand, and will command an advance in price. Bullocks— Sell readily, prices varying to weight and quality. Tallow— ln this market no reaction has taken place during the week either in prices or sales. 11 ides— Vary in prices according to weight, size, and condition.
