TO STOCKHOLDERS— PROPRIETORS OF PADDOCK..*, WHO MAY BE DKSIROUS OF CLOSING THEM FOR HAY —AND OTHERS.

ON or about the Ist of September, the Undersigned will be prepared to receive Cattle to depastuie in his paddocks at One Tree Hill, and will be answeiable for the rc-dilevery of all that may be committed to his care, except in the case of death. The charge will be Is. per head, per week, but to parties sending a considerable number a reduction wll be made. No Hulls will be taken in, unless of a good breed, and for one or two of such no charge will be made. No Cattle will be received unless legibly branded with the initials or othci mark of the owner. Parties leaving stock in the chargo of the undersigned, and who may wish to dispose of the same, by leaving with him authoiity \o do so and the pi ice required, may depend upon his using his best endeavours, without any chaige. One day in each week to be fixed by the majority of the owners, the undersigned, or in his absence, a duly aulhoiised peison, will be leady on hoiscback to meet such patties as may wish to go over the ground to examine (he stock ; and at all times the paddocks will be open to paities having cattle lunning therein, but no dogs will be allowed to enter, and anyfound in them will be destioyed. Peisons not owneis of cattle trespassing in the paddocks, or disturbing the cattle will be prosecuted. Parlies who may wish to avail themselves of this opening aie lequested to make early application, in oider that proper arrangements may be made, and also to view the paddocks previously to completing such arrangements. WHEREAS about Ten days since, a Ngio Tree, growing on the property of the Undersigned— near Mr. Kellys brick house at Onehunga — was feloniously cut down and destroyed, or carried away, a Reward of TWO POUNDS will be paid to any person who maygive such information as will lead to the conviction of the offender or offenders. Any peison found removing stones, timber, or other maletials fiom tho property of the undersigned without permission — unless for public purposes and under the direction of Government — will be pio.secutcd with the utmost severity of law.
