PIRATICAL SEIZURE OF THE SCHOONER HELEN.

From the New South Wales Government Gazette of March 14. Information having recently been communicated to this Government, that the schooner Helen, Griffiths, master, was piratically seized on the 25th November last, whilst proceeding from this port toMoreton Bay ; His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to direct the publication of the following description of the vessel, and also descriptions of the several persons charged with the piracy, for whose apprehension warlants have been issued in due form. There is no reason to believe that it was the intention of the pirates to proceed to California.
