HPENDERS will be received at this Office, JL until noon on Monday, the 15th inst. fot the .supply of HAY in such quantities as may be lequued for the Colonial Government duungthe&ix monihs commencing on the 19th instant. The tender to state the price per Ton at which the Hay will be delivered at the Gov eminent Stables in Mechanics' Bay. Any fiuther information may be obtained at the office of the Superintendent of Works. The tender must be in duplicate, sealed, and endorsed " Tender for Hay." Commissioner of Crown Lands' Office, Auckland, 3rd April, 1850. ALL unlicensed owners of unenclosed land within any Proclaimed Hundieds, desirous of enjoying, under the provisions of the 29th clause of the Crown Lands' Ordinance (No. 1, Sess. 10), a proportionate right of pasturage upon the Crown Land, are requested to send in written applications foi the same to the Wardens of their respective Hundreds. These applications to be accompanied by the written consent of the applicants to add such unenclosed land, for pastoral purposes, to the General &tock of Common Waste Land in the Hundred, and to submit to such rules, in reference thereto, as the Wardens may duly make. In addition to the right of pasturage referred to, the applicants will be enabled to have, under the authority of the Wardens, all unlicensed Cattle trespassing upon such unenclosed land, impounded according to law.
