Each boat to carry a distinguishing Flag, during the whole race, and no boat to be allowed to take in or throw out ballast during the race. Three boats to stait or no race. The second boat in each race to save her stakes. The Committee to have the power of postponing the Regatta, in the event of the weafher proving unfavourable. If a postponement is decided upon, the Committee will cause two guns> be fired from the " Josephine," and a single flag hoisted at the main, at nine o'clock, a. m. ; on the 29th. Fred. W.
