Before His Honor the Chid" Justice. The Criminal Session of this Comt was held on Saturday last, but we are gratified to repovt that there was only one case lor trial, and that not'a very impoitant one. Mary McCrcedy was found guilty of stealing a, Gold Watch, the propeity of Mr James Thomas Boylan, of Queen Street, and sentenced to be imprisoned for 12 months with hard labour. Friday next, the 7th in&t., the Civil Session, wtll commence when, we understand, only two cases stand for trial.
