lias received Instructions to Sell by Public Auction, on Tuesday, 28th instant — THE HULL of the American WHALE SHIP " HOPE." about 400 tons, as she now lies at Taboo Point, Bay of Islands ;— she is copper and composition fastened throughout, strongly built, has a new keel and false keel, and lies in a safe and suitable position either for removal for repairs or breaking up — and is wejl made fast, head and stern to the shore. After which—A large quantity of Gear, Spars, Blocks, Stores, 2 Cables and 2 Anchors in excellent condition. Terms at the Time of Sale.

PERSONS desirous of Purchasing 1 Team of Working Oxen, 6 in No. 1 Dray and Gear are requested to send in their written offers for the same to the undersigned, by noon of Monday next, the 20th instant. These Oxen are perfectly broken in and are in good condition, and are to be sold in consequence of being no longer required for the public service ; they areat present at Otahuhu, where they may be inspected by any person making previous application at this office. .
