The allotment has a frontage to O'Connell Street of 72 feet, with a depth of 55 feet. The buildings consist of a comfortable Dwelling House, in good repair, and Stabling for 10 Horses. There are also two wells of excellent water, the whole well fenced in. The above will be sold in one or three lots at the option of the Auctioneer. Title — from the Crown.
