HYAM JOSEPH Has teen favoured with instructions to submit to Public Competition, at his Mart, on Monday, the 19th instant, at 12 o'clock precisely— A LLOTMENTS 44, 45, and 46 of Section l\ 28, having frontages to Grey and Market Streets, well fenced, and known as the property of Mr John Campbell, Surveyor. The above will be sold in Building Allotments to suit purchasers. A plan of the subdivisions can be seen at the Auctioneer's three days before the sale, The Auctioneer would remind parties desirous of purchasing town lots that the above allotments are opposite to those sold at the last Government sale, and which realized from £28 to £40 each. The situation is excellent, being the centre of the town. Such another opportunity for mechanics and persons of limited means is not likely to occur, the adjoining land beingall sold. Terms 20 per cent, deposit, the residue by approved bills at three months.
