Tub Hague, March 2 .—ln the sitting of the State 3 Chambers to-day, the President communicated to the Assembly a Roy.il Message, onnouuciug the decease of his Royal Highness Prince Alexander of iho Netherlands, in the of Madeira, whithar he had gone for the re-esttibluliment of his health. He also hail a lloyal Message, announcing that his Majesty accepted the lesignation of M. de Jon^e de Campens Nicuweland, thanking that gentleman for the numerous and important services which he hail rendered to the Stale, and informed the Chamber that he had committed the portfolio of the Department of Justice to M. D. Ponkcr Curtis, pro tern. Thu Court or the Netherlands has gone into mourning for three months for Piince Alexander.
