BELGIUM.
The minister of the interior has stated officially in the Chamber, that paiTamenttry and financial reforms must follow the changes which had already been accorded. In the diplomatic departments and govern, ment offices generally reductions have already commenced. A new Chamber will also bo convoked as soon as the necessary business of tho kingdom can be dt spatched by the existing legislature. The suspension of cas.li payments in France has beea followed by a similar nuspension in Belgium.
