The barque Ganges, has been laid on to convey ttock from Newcastle to this port, and may be looked for shortly. The barque Fanny, 373 tons, Smith, master, has also been laid on at Newcastle with stock for this P °The Ralph Benml from this port, arrived at Syd-. ney on the 17th ultimo, having made the passage in ten days. The barque Brightman, which left Sydney on the 10th ult. for Port Nelson, had as passengers, Mmrs. Murray, Man in, baunders, and three itockmen. The ship Kelso, which cleared out 14th ultimo, for Port Nicholson, via Two-fold Bay, had ai passengers, Mr & Mrs. Inglis, Messrs. Morby nnd Sidy, and eight stockmen. The brig Calypso, which left 23rd ult., had at passengers, Measis. Robertson and The Uamilks from this port Bth October last, arrived at Hong-Kong 15th Nov.

The ship Hydrabad, 815 tons, from London 27th Ociobcr, arrived at Sydney, 19th February, with 27C Bounty Immigrants, having made a quick passage ol ninety six dayi from Plymouth. Of the 270 inimigrants she had on board, there were foity-one marnet couples, fifty-eight tingle men, seventy-two »»ngl< women, thirty-one boys, and eighteen girls, from sever to fourteen years of age, and iwo infantß. There hae been ftve births und seven deaths on the passage, su of the latter, however, were children.
