mHE UNDERSIGNED hereby notifies *L that William Wilson and Andrew Hodge entered on the l4<th inst, with him into Partnership, as Blacksmiths, and that they now carry on their said business of Black, smiths in all its branches, inO'Connell Street at the rear of Messrs. Gibson & Mitchells Stores. JAMES ALLISON. Auckland, 17th March, 1848.
CAUTION
WHEREAS a certain Crown Grant of 3,334- Acres, originally granted to A. B. Spark, Esq., of Sydney, situate on the riveis Weite, and Okura, is now the property of Ranulph Dacre, Esq., of Sydney. I hereby caution all parties from cutting Timber, or otherwise trespassing on the said Giant, as I shall take immediate proceedings at law against all such persons su found trespassing. J.
