Flour, at per lb. Biscuit, at per Ib. Rum, West India, 5 per cent, under pioof, (Duty to be paid by the Contiactor,) at per gallon Firewood, at per 100 11 s. CONDITIONS, QUALITIES OF THE SUPI'LIES — Ist.— All the articles to be of the best quality of their several kinds. 2nd.— The Flour to be the produce of clean sound Colonial Wheat, from which 20 per Cent, in Bran has been exti acted. 3rd. — The Bread to be made fiom Flour of the tame quality as described in the preceding paiagtaph. and to be baked 24 hours before being issued, in loaves of 2 lbs. each. 4tli. — The mixed Vegetable to be supplied in reasonable propoitions of Greens, Onions, &c. sth.— The Firewood to be Tea Tree or other llaid wood, split) and cut into 1 feet lengths.
