The MauMn has made an unusually long passage from Sydney, owing to calms and light easterly winds experienced throughout the voyage. She was wren days in making this port from lighting the Three Kmgf. On Friday the 24th, she passed a brig to the westward of the Kings, supposed to be the Governor On Tuesday last spoke the Ariel, schooner, from Sydney, goiwj into the Bay of Islands ; and on the same evening sighted a barque, supposed to be the Orwell, bound for this port with cattle. It is thought that this barque may have put into the Bay for the safety of her cattle. The Maufon has brought but a very imall mail, having left but two dayaafter the Inflexible.
