Appleyard, Esq., to sell by Public Auction, at their Mart, Queen street, Auckland, on Friday, the 10th September next, at 1 o'clock — ALL that valuable allotment of Building Land, situate at the corner of Princes Street, and Short'and Crescent, No. 15, of Sec. No. 4, together with the commodious dwelling House and Offices thereon, formerly occupied by the New Zealand Banking Company, and the beautifully situated House and Ground on the Manukao road within twenty minutes walk of the town, lately ocdupied by Philip Turner, Esq., Deputy Commissary General.
