GENERAL ANNUAL LICENSING MEETING.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the General Annual Licensing Meeting for the Town and District of Auckland, will be holden at this Court on Tuesday, the 20th day of April, next, at the hour of twelve o'clock, noon, for the purpose of taking into consideration applications for Licenses for the Sale of Fermented and Spirituous Liquors, agreeable to Act of Governor and Council, sth Victoria, Session 2, No. ]2. All applications for such Licenses under this Ordinance, must be lodged with me at this Court, on or before Tuesday, the 13th day of April, next. Robert Ormsby, Clerk to the Magistrates. WHEREAS a White, poly Bullock, the property of the undersigned, brought to Auckland by Mr, Edward Crowe, branded M near shoulder, and B oif hip, which has been worked foi about 9 months, and has been missing for about 2 months, has returned with a fresh biand G off thigh (not very legibly marked). AS several parties have been in the habit of driving away the Cattle of the undersigned, and when spoken to on the subject, saying it was a mistake. Any party who may be found doing so in future will be prosecuted, as no such mistakes Mill be allowed. T. Henry. Mount Prospect, 12lh March, 1847.
