In all cases where persons who have tendered refuse to fulfil their offers upon light or frivolous excuses, it will be competent for the undersigned to decline to receive Tenders from them at any future period. The Contractors for the different Articles will be required to supply such quantities, as may be directed by the Commissariat Office in charge — without reference to any particular service, whether Military, Naval, or any other. Straw at per ton of 2,240 lbs. Mould and Dip Candles at per lb. FOR HOSPITALS. Fresh Beef or Mutton «. Arrow Root, Sago, Rice I at per Tea, Sugar, Oatmeal > Salt, Yellow Soap, Pearl Barley I lb each Mixed Vegetables, Potatoes J Milk and Vinegar, at per Pint Eggs, at per dozen Porter, Port Wine, & Brandy, at per doz. Fowls each The conditions under which the Supplies will be received, aie the same as those laid down in the Commissariat Advertisement inviting Tenders for the Auckland District, as it appears in this Newspaper.
