NOTICE.
To Settlers having Agricultural pursuits for their object. rpHE Proprietor of an extensive Property, X over 3,000 Acres, at Wangari, .interme diate from Auckland to Bay of Islands, having water-carriage for Sloops to the location, in a safe and commodious Harbour, andon a magnificent River, adapted for a Mill work ; offers the same, at a nominal rent, on the simple condition of preservation of the Buildings and other property, now on the ground, to a respectable occupant, for the term of three to five years, more or less. On the premises are a Good Weatherboarded House j 3 Three-roomed Cottages ; Out buildings ; Stockyards ; about 25 Acres fenced in, partly in English grasses ; 2§ acres Orchard, now all bearing, and Vineyard in full fruit. The Wangari River waters an extensive tract of country, capable of supporting a large settlement, both for agriculture and grazing. The present proprietor of the above property only vacates this location temporarily, for his other property near the Bay of Islands ; th s, with other urgent business, prevents his immediate attention to this Estate. And from his influence, and continued connexion with the neighbouring tribe, he can ensure quiet possession. Applicants of Agricultural knowledge would be preferred. The Buildings are in good order, and suitable for a family,havingbeen in constant charge of the Proprietor's servants, and left by his son in April last. N.
