"WILL TAKE A WHILE."

At a conference of South Islana dairy company representatives at Christchurch, 30' provincial dele- | gates discussed the present dairy market conditions. 'Mr J. R. Thacker, who represents Christchurch on the Dairy Control Board, was present, and his statement that he was convinced that the board's policy had been the correct one was greeted with dissent. Mr H. T. Chapman, chairman of directors of the Central Dairy Company, was asked to contest the board's election in June.
