CHRISTCHURCH, March 23.t as the result of a very heavy rain on the West Coast and in the hills, * the rivers are- in flood again, and wash-outs are repoi'ted on the railway on both sides of the range. A wash-out is reported at Rotoxnanu, between Otira and. Greymouth. It was hoped to have the line clear there by 8 o'clock to-morrow morning. In the meantixne trafilc to and froin the West Coast is suspended, and there will be no goods traffic either way to-morrow. Passengers to the Coast will have to tranship at Cora Lynn.
