Received Sunday, 5.5 p.m. QUEBEC, March 19. The Legislature voted fifty thous- ! and dollars to teach farmers the modern classification ;and packing of agricultural produce. ,. The Hon. J. E. Caron, Minister of Agriculture, declared that America's market was almost - closed to Canadian products while Canada's hold on the British -market was seriously endangered hy Australian and New Zealand competition. These countries were selling l^fge quantities of fine butter and chee'se. Mr Caron was impressed by the fact that New Zealand had establishecL retail apple shops in Britain. - ; •
