A unique and significant ceremony will he held on 27th March. when Mussolini will give a Roman welcome to, and review, sixty thousand youths, members of the Avanguardisti, attainjng their eighteenth birthday, so automatically qualifying for inclusion in the Fascist roll. Mussolini will, at the same time, address fifty thousand of the youngest boy recruits known as the Ballola and now qualified to join the Avanguardisti.
