SHANGHAI, March 16. Received Thursday, 1.35 a.m. The Labour unrest continues to increase. It now transpires tliat there is an organisation behind the terrorist movement and 150 trained agitators have arrived from Ilangchow during the past few days. They have captured the mass of labour and are carrying on a campaign based upon intimidation and murder. There has been an average of oue murder daily in Shanghai of one foreman or other prominent worker wbo is known to bave opposed strikers.
