OLD BOYS' CLUB.
The- sixteentli arinual meeting of the Old Boys' Football Club was held 011 Monday, Mr M. K. McCulloch presiding over an cxcellent attendance of members. The following office bearers were elected: — Patrons: Messrs F. Milner, H. Newton (re-elected). President: Mr M. K. MeCulloch (re-elected). Vice - Presidents: F. Jones, Ii. Maude, W. Dimick, R. E. Dimick, 'G. Boyd, B. B. Walton, Dr A. SmithMorton, Dr R. S. J. Fitzgerald, Geo. Sumpter, Geo, Meek, H. T. Hall, A. Smith, W. Atkinson, G. Zimmerman, C. Mollison, B. Whitcombe, W. McKerrow, G. McDouall, A. Ff. Viel, S. L. Hall, J. Fraser, C. W. Kent, J. H. Rowe; J. Hendy and K. McDonald (elected). Hon. secretary and treasurer: Mr H. P. Kent (re-elected). * Hon. auditor: Mr G. McDouall (reelected). Committee: Messrs G. Crombie, Geo. Sumpter, XN. McDonald, C. Mollison, G. Ny, B. Blackmore R. Eadie, C. Byrne, R. O'Meara and R. Sandom. Club Captain: Mr C. Mollison. Delegates to North Otago Rugby Sub-Union. Messrs MeCulloch, Atkinson, Whitcombe and Hendy. Selection Committee, the president, club captain, and playing captain in each grade. The- following new members were elected: — Messrs C. Rapsey, M. Gibson, A. Cuthbertson, j. Shaw, G. Loder, H. C. Corson, A. Wishart, A. Walton, A. H. -Rudduck, J. Grainger, R. Williams, D. Blyth, M. Lamont, L. Hedges, H. Meek, D. Park. Hon. members: Mr M. Fraser. The Committee were instructed to endeaVour to arrange outside matches /or the three teams before the commencement of the seasori and to procure a suitable club room. , The opening day was fixed for Saturday, 9th Aprii. The delegates to represent the Club at the Sub-Union's annual meeting were instructed to support Mr M. H. Colquhoun's motion that steps be taken to form asepa etar ff steps be taken to form a separate Union. , On behalf.of the members of.tne Club, Mr M.'K. MeCulloch presented Mr Arthur Bartrum, an enthusiastic mernber, whose marriage. had recently taken place, with a handsome set of vases. Mr Bartrum, who on rising to reply, was heartily cheered, thanked the members for their kind gift. A hearty vote of thanks to the Press and the chair concluded a most successful meeting.
