Saies were made at the| following prices : Extra good rape lambs, 22s 2d; mixed-sex rape lambs 19s to 19s 8d; halfbred weth'er lambs, 19s to 19s 8d; halfbred wether lambs, 12s to 15s; good line oi two-four, six, and eighttooth hill ewes, from 23s 6d to 24s 2d; full-mouthed wethers, 20s 9d to 22s 6d. Outside of the fat pens there was a meagre array of cattle, and nothing of note was recorded. Twenty ' eight head of fat cattle were offered, including five-light-weight steers one) of which brought £8 12s 6d, the others selling at from £6 7s 6d to £7 10s. Prime cows reached £8 7s 6d syhile others sold at from £3 15s to £6 10s. The top price ffor prime heifers was £7 12s 6d, and"'others ranged from £4 10s to £6 10s, There was only !a' 'small offering of pigs, andr prices showed an advance upon those of last week. A good sow with ten young pigs realised £14, and the other saies were — Best weaners, 27s to 28s; medium weaners. 20s to 22s; small weaners, 16s to 19s.\
