Elwurd Williamson, 15yoir^olc1, whoso pironts reside in South Diinpdin, was killed at Burts foundry. During the luncheon hourdecoased, with other boy?, was pUjing with a crane in the yard when the jib fell, crushing in his chest. Death w^s imtAut-tneous. Tho left log of L'-slio D'jßiiid was also broken. At ihe Police Court to-day Midlist Houlahtn and his daugh'er Mntj wore changed with selling liquor wihout a license. As Houlahan w^s not present and was not charged with being privy to the "ale, tht> case was withdrawn. Tho case against his daughter was dismissed. One of tho witnes»e* stated th it it was she who sold the liquor, while the second one, on being confronted with another daughter, said ihe litter was the one who served them.
