The Hon. W. P. Reovcs addressed a, crowded meeting under the auspices of the Ballanco Liberal Association at t^ydenham to-n'ght. He replied to Captain Russell, contending that the labor Bills brought in by tho laet Government were introduced merely to placate eleotori, and were not effeotivo moasures, and not like those passed by the present Government. Tho Minister of Labor han arranged to meet tho unemployed at tho Labor Bureau tomorrow. It is understood the men w attend in a body.
