The half-yoavly Mooting of tho National Insurance Company wa3 hold today. Tho Chairman referred at considerable length to tho competition which prevailed, and said thero wero nineteen companies doing business in Dimodin. The Directors propose that in future annual meetings only bo hold; but tins proposal is likoly to bo strongly opposed by somo influential shareholders.
