Tho Roy. Mr Hazolton arrived by* tho Zealandia. He is delegated by the Irish Wealeyan Conference to collect subscriptions to liquidate the balance of the cost of Dublin Wealeyan College. He has been very successful in America. A serious collapse occurred at the extension of the Helensville railway station at Kaipara. Seven hundred feet of doublo piling, driven to support an earthwork along the river bank having given way. Tho structure contained 200,000 feet of totara. It was intended to carry 30,000 yards of earthwork, but has given way under the weight of the first hundred tons.
