SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. (PER PRESS AGENCY.) Lyttelton, May 8.
Arrived — Himalaya, Captain Williams, from London, 114 days from anchor to anchor, 93 from land to land. Sho experienced very severe weather, and sustained considerable damago to hor upper works. Two days after passsing Tristan D'Acunha on March 10th, encountered ft terrific westerly gale; sea after soa came aboard, •mashing top-gallant rail stem and dock port*, carrying aw»y two boats. One of tho seamen named Wilson, a colored man, died on March 12th, of heart disease. Sho brings ten passengers, all well. Auckland, May 8. The steamer Wanonga has arrived, wtyh a cargo of naval stores and' coals for H'M.S. Wolverine, Nympho, and Sapphire, the latter being expected here to hold a courtmartial. A largo schooner wns launched to-day at Sims and Brown's yards, for the South Soa trade.
