OAMARU HUNDRED. ALL Holders of Licenses to Depasture Stock on the above Hundred, are hereby required to forward to the Wardens, not later than Sixth day of MARCH, nett ensuinjr, a Return showing the number and description of all Stock above the age of siK mouths at that date, belonuinu; co, or under the charge of, each of them, which they are depasturing on the same during the current 3 ear, together with their respective brands, as per annexed schedule. N.B. — A penalty of not more than £5 will be incurred by any person or persons neglecting to make the above return, or making a false one. OAMARU HUNDRED. mENDERS will be received by the Wardens JL of the above Hundred, o_n or before the 6th day of MARCH ne\t, from persons willin r to undertake the office of RANGE li of the said Hundred from the 15th day of March to the 3lst day of December of the current year. The duties of the Ranger will be to see that no cattle belon-iinu to unlicensed persons are depastured on the Hundred, to be prepared to impound the same, subject to the consent of the Wardens ; to be ready at any time, on a complaint from any licenseholder, to impound any dangerous or vicious animal ; and t'enerally to overlook the interests of the license-holders in this Hundred. Persons tendering for the above, to state the rate at which they will undertake these duties, providing their own horse. Tenders to be addressed to the Wardens of the Onmarii Hundred. The Wardens do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any tender. For the Wardens, W. G. FILLEUL, becretary. Papakaio, Feb. 13th, 1865. N.B. — Should the Ranger at any time need assistance, the Wardens will be ready to provide the same, on their being satisfied of its necessity.
