Miller, Esq., to sell by auction, at the above place, on Thursday, the 10th inst, immediately after the Show, at which they will be exhibited, 40 HEAD of very superior Heifers, which have been carefully selected from the justly celebrated herd of Mrs Dean, of Ricarton, Canterbury. Also, Young Pure- bred Shorthorn Bull, bred by Major Ilornbrook, 40 HEAD Choice Fat Cattle. 70 HEAD Prime Fat Cattle, heavy weights?, from the run of George Hodgkinson, Esq. And 100 HEAD of half fat Bullocks and Cows, a very choice draft from Papakiao. The Auctioneers have much pleasure in directing particular attention to the above-mentioned Heifers, as they are a picked lot from Mrs Dean's herd, which may be considered a safe guarantee of their quality. The Negretti Rams were bred by Baron Charles Von Schachten, in Schachten, in the Electorate of Hesse Cassel, and other well-known breeders in Germany. The Rambouillet Rani9 were bred by Messrs William Dcgravcb and Co., of Caliban Park, Victoiia. All the above Sheep have ju.t been landed, ex Gothenburg, from Melbourne, and may now be seen at the Stores of the Auctioneers, where pedigrees of each sheep, and catalogues of the sale may be obtained.
