THE ENGLISH MAIL NEWS.

The English Mail appears to have rogainod its punctuality, since both the last times it has arrived at Dunodin on the very day it was due, viz., the 16th of the month. Wo are glad of this, because it is a matter of no little importance to business men, and much desired by the public that the fixed time should be observed. On the pi'esent occasion, as the intelligence will be by no means new on the dato of our publication, we content ourselves with giving a brief but comprehensive summary of it.
