Disturbances in Russia.
Scriour; outbreaks amongst the peasantry have occurred in the Euseian province of Volkynia. A large force of Cossacks is suppressing the disturbance. 3000 students made a disturbance outside the residence of Duke Sergius, at Moscow. The Cossacks charged, wounding GO and arresting 300 students. The editors of all newspapers are warned thsU' the publication of petitions for the abolff tion of the autocracy will be regarded Xs a criminal act. They are also forbidden to refer to the demand for representative government. i
