Presentation by the Tsar.
The Tsar has presented a silver bowl and ladle to the officers of the British cruiser Talbot, in recognition of the assistance rendered to the crews of the gunboats Varvag and Coryeetz when sunk by the Japanese at Chemulpo at the beginning of the war.
