Expenditure:—By expenses of concert, Mangonui, £1 5/7’; ditto Peria, 10/-; stationery, prize-tickets, etc., 19/6; stamps and telegrams, 13/6; bank charges and cheque-book, 7/7; cash-book, 6/6; labour, preparing pens, etc., on showground, £l 15/-; judges’ dinner (Mrs. Thomas), £4 1/-; gatekeepers (two men), £l; sundries (ribbon, etc.), 5/10; secretaryship, £3 ; assistant secretary, £1; prizes 1904 show, £54 5/C; prizes 1903 show not previously paid, £1 14/- ; cash in hand, £2 9/2; hank balance, £5 0/6. Total, £7B 13/8.
