ReceiptsTo bank bal. Sept. 30th, 1903, £4 4/2; proceeds from concert in Mangonui, £ll 14/-; ditto Peria, £0 15/; members’ subscriptions and donations, £ls 13/- ; entries, hull £ll 19/-, stock £lO 15/-, wood-chopping 4/-, tug-of-war £1; gates, £l7 9/6. Total, £7B 13/8.
Expenditure:—By expenses of concert, Mangonui, £1 5/7’; ditto Peria, 10/-; stationery, prize-tickets, etc., 19/6; stamps and telegrams, 13/6; bank charges and cheque-book, 7/7; cash-book, 6/6; labour, preparing pens, etc., on showground, £l 15/-; judges’ dinner (Mrs. Thomas), £4 1/-; gatekeepers (two men), £l; sundries (ribbon, etc.), 5/10; secretaryship, £3 ; assistant secretary, £1; prizes 1904 show, £54 5/C; prizes 1903 show not previously paid, £1 14/- ; cash in hand, £2 9/2; hank balance, £5 0/6. Total, £7B 13/8.
