Ante Diginovic, Ante Covorko Grgin, Ivan Katavich Jin-in, Nigo Katavich Grgin, Ivan Mijalivich An tin, Mati Vakusiea Pok Stip, Marioni Glavas Petroi, and Ivan Bevicli Pok Petra; claim £7 against each of the defendants. Judgment was given for plaintiff against all defendants jointly, for £56 and costs £24 15/-, making together the sum of £79 15/- in £l paid into court; execution to be Awed for two months to enable de.fendarßf lo Jjay, any defendant paying his proportion of claim and costs within that period to be entitled to dig gum upon Mr. Matthews’ ground, in pursuance of plaintiff’s agreement with Mr. L.‘ J. Matthews, and the contemporaneous agreement between plaintiff and defendants produced at court.
