We are indebted to the master of the Kawai for a copy of the Wellington Independent of Nov. 28, containing a few scraps of later intelligence from the Crimea. Nothing particular had occured at the seat of war, except the recall of General Canrobert by the Emperor of the French. The impression that the army would again winter m the Crimea, was said to be gaining ground on all sides.
