This very fine vessel, burden 300 tons, engages to be at Port Underwood by the Ist February, 1856, to take on board any Wool that may be there for shipment. She can Btow 700 Bales, more or less, and she will necessarily come in to succeed the Spray, now loading ; and the Flock-owners are requested to ob■ervethii opportunity as one which ought not to be bit. Jackson, to SELL by PUBLIC AUCTION on the Premises, on THURSDAY, the 22nd of November, 1855, at Twelve o'clock at Noon, if not previously disposed of by Private Contract (of which due notice will be given), all that SPLENDID PROPERTY situated on the Wairoa, in the district of Waimea East, and called Allington, lately in the possession of George Duppa, Esq. The whole consists of 243 Acres, which, excepting the bush, is good farming land : it is bounded by public roadß ; the main Waimea Road passing directly through. The property, to those at all acquainted with the district, will be too well known to need comment •, and to strangers it can only be said, that it is calculated both naturally and otherwise, to form one of the finest estates in the province.
