FRANCE.
The French papers announce the dUcoTerr of a conspiracy, with very extended ramifications, under the auspices, it is affirmed, of the Counts de Chambord and de Montmolin, with the twofold object of promoting their own interests and at the same time of creating & diversion in favour of Russia, by embarrassing the Western Powers. A correspondence has been, it appears, established between the Count de Chambord and the Emperor of Russia, with reference to a diversion in Spain, and that was to have been the means by which his end was to be accomplished. It is needless to add that Russian gold is the mainspring of the whole affair. These revelations have excited universal indignation in Paris, and a strict surveillance is maintained' on some personages there who are not considered foreign to machinations of a more extended nature.
