Because she had stated in an advertisement her intention not to let a dwelling house to any person if it were intended that a child should live there, Mrs Ethel Muriel Harmon. Cole street. Williamstown. was yesterday fined £5. with £1 Is costs, at Williamstown Court. In evidence, Detective Dawson alleged that Mrs Hangon admitted inserting an advertisement containing the words. "No Children." He directed her attention to National Security Regulations regarding the matter. Mrs Harmon, who pleaded guilty, said she had nothing to say in defence.
