Messrs Dalgcly and Co.. Ltd., have received advice from their Dunedin office that at the safe held on Friday, the 16th October. 120,000 skins were offered, t.ieir catalogue comprising 70.000 .skins. The market generally was 20 to 30 per cent, lower than November, 1941. and the passings were heavy. Blacks were difficult to sell; threequarter grown skins, smalls, third--, and inferior practically unsaleable.
