HITLER AND MUSSOLINI TO MEET (P.A and BOW.) New York, Oct. 15.—Hitler and Mussolini are scheduled to meet at Brenner Pass within the next ten days, says the New York “Times” Berne correspondent. Himmler has just completed a threedav tour of Italy to report to Hitler on Italian morale before this meeting. The Santiago correspondent of the Associated Press of America, reporting this, said Borchers. who was ordered from the United States after the closing of German consulates, arrived in 1 Chile in March without diplomatic consular credentials
