PUBLIC EXECUTIONS
ALLEGED RINGLEADERS IN CONSPIRACY (Rec. 11.40 a.m.) London, Sept. 2. Berlin radio slates that three Communists alleged to be ringleaders in a conspiracy in the Struma district have been executed in the public square at Gorniszumaya. The bodies were left hanging until noon of the following day. This is the first application of the new Bulgarian law for protection of the State which provides for public execu tions. —P.A.
