NO ALTERATION IN FOREIGN POLICY
PRIME MINISTER’S ANNOUNCEMENT New York, Sept. 2. Tokio official radio announced that General Tojo stated that no alteration in foreign policy would result from the change in the Ministry.
Mr Wilfrid Fleisher. the “HeraldTribune's” former Tokio correspondent, says Mr Togo’s resignation resulted from an internal policy dispute whether to move against Siberia or India. Mr Togo opposed an attack on Siberia but was overruled by General Tojo.—P.A.
