MR FRASER AT WASHINGTON
BROADCAST TO BE MADE
Washington, Aug. 29. The New Zealand Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, is making a nation-wide broadcast to-morrow night. He conferred throughout this morning with very high air and naval officials, and later resumed consultations with Mr Nash at the Legation. The Prime Minister devoted several hours in the afternoon to relaxation and sightseeing, visiting Washington’s home and tomb in nearby Mount Vernon, and also the Arlington National Cemetery, where the Unknown Soldier is buried.—P.A.
